  I have waited over a month to write this review so as not to write it with malice or anger My car was a 2011 Mercedes S Class LWB Diesel Last serviced 05/12/2017 I also told them of Steam or Smoke coming from under the front of the car smelling like Paraffin. Service done I was told Plenium Chamber full of water Service done Chamber unblocked Attention, Water Pump leaking front and rear pads 75% worn. Rebooked 13/12/2017 for water pump plus pads. Car was given the all clear Christmas and New Year was busy with a lot of mileage resulting with me being in France due to take a client to a hotel near Charles de Gaulle Airport on the 3rd January 2018 then travelling home by the Shuttle On the 2nd January 2018 returning from lunch with my clients I reversed onto their drive the smoke and smell returned resulting in my car going up in flames I have confronted All Klasse Autos. Their attitude was that it did not have that problem when my car was with them and they would not have released my vehicle with a major fuel leak My reply My car had a problem when I took it to them it had the same problem which resulted in the fire so logic tells me it had the same problem when my car was with them I except it was not a major fuel leak if it was anyone would have been able to find it That’s why we take our cars to so called specialists I phoned and spoke to the garage I have used before All Klasse Autos who are Jaguar specialists my last car being a Jaguar I gave them the symptoms eg Steam or Smoke with a smell like paraffin Their reply straight away was a diesel leak When it comes to basic services All Klasse Autos are as good or bad as any other garage But when it comes to something that needs expertise they certainly seem to lack in that department I would question the paragraph below taken from their website basic mechanics at a push Fully trained professional technicians I do not think so.
